Casa Pacha draws its form and soul from Flower Power, the iconic Pacha Ibiza event that began in Ibiza and became a global symbol of freedom, unity, and self-expression. More than a party, Flower Power was always about bringing people together. That same spirit now defines the architecture of Casa Pacha.

The building is structured as a flower in bloom, with its design principles rooted in the essence of the event itself. Just as Flower Power revolves around a shared energy and collective experience, Casa Pacha is organised around connection, flow, and togetherness.

Soft, organic lines replace rigid edges, allowing the building to feel alive, fluid, and constantly in motion. From every angle, Casa Pacha reveals a new perspective, mirroring the way Ibiza itself shifts between day and night, calm and celebration, solitude and connection.

The Flower Power Philosophy

Flower Power is a philosophy of openness rooted in inclusivity, creativity, and shared living. Casa Pacha, it shapes both the architecture and the way life unfolds.

The building is organised around a central communal core where residents gather, with shared spaces including a pool, dining concept, and wellness areas with an outdoor gym. Private residences sit within the building’s petals, offering sanctuary within a home shaped by community and the spirit of Flower Power.

Sustainability sits at the core of Casa Pacha, with future-focused solutions including geothermal heating, solar energy, greywater purification, native landscaping, and EV charging.

From here, the building unfolds into petal-like residences, private, serene spaces defined by seamless indoor–outdoor living, soft proportions, and an effortless sense of home.

Award winning Architects

Casa Pacha has been designed by GRAS, a Mallorcan architecture firm founded in 2007. Renowned for its contemporary and context-driven approach, GRAS has received multiple international accolades, including the prestigious Idea-Tops Award for Best Residential and Cultural Architectural Design Worldwide, alongside honours from the European Design Awards and the SBID International Design & Architecture Awards.
